I stopped there yesterday saw the sign _$10 a nite but you have no access to lounge and kitchen areaits locked that's for cricket club members only can use outside area only but has nNo cooking

signs there .Looked like alot of long term caravans staying there only so I drove to Wanaka and stayed at Albert town $8 by river

Staying with stream trains can't do that anywhere else in NZ clean dish washing area across from a library .Has nice tables on platform It's on way to Invercargill from Kingston well set up by

council Queenstown council needs something similar

Nice motor camp in Duntroon easy walk to town and wetlands walk .At $10 it's the cheapest place I have stayed in NZ outside of a doc campground.Has a lounge and kitchen area with sofas to recharge

your devices .Or watch movies I used my portable DVD player as no wifi.Great place and quiet at night .has a full time manager on site Who gives you code to door of lounge area . Elephant rocks is near by and alot of scenic limestone formations and fossil museum in town but $20 to enter I stayed for 3 days and will return in the future .Has nice hot showers included in $10 nightly fee one of my new favorite places in NZ now

Nice place was 7 km from city and $22 a night for unpowered site .Big kitchen area with tv and chairs big sites very clean and modern

Nice place any one can stay even in a tent .or van it's near Dunedin .Can stay 2 nites .not far to beach .It's sign posted on streets in Warrington I found it easily.theres toilets on site portaloo

or by beach .quiet as not on a main. Road

Great place with friendly staff was $22 a nite alot cheaper than staying in Dunedin city Free unlimited Wifi was included and nice hot showers .Nice kitchen and lounge area .Tv on wall but wasn't used

..Easy to leave vehicle and get bus to city for $3 each way .Close to nice beachs to see sea lions I saw 8 in one day .I stayed for for 4 pleasant days in Portobello and will return in future to explore otago region more

Nice doc campgrounds $15 as one of the excluded places on the doc campground pass so can't use it there .Big open camping areas but in some areas ground was wet areas and 2 BBQs to use and has

hike to Wentworth Falls about 90 mins return from campground .It's about 8 KMs from Whangamata .

Nice freedom park area but no toilets so go in town before you set up Its last freedom park area before greymouth .

Right by a nice beach hike to end on right there was a canyon in rocks very scenic unless you see track don't know canyon is there

Great place to stay only 4 kms from Hawera has toilets and sink to use nice sunsets can see Mt taranaki on a clear day .Big parking areas says 3 vehicles only .Walk to beach about 500 mts downa hill but

high sea cliffs can walk about 5 kms along beach but it's tidal so be careful on Beach .No phone signal on my phone can be windy also

see kapiti island from beach from other side as was in Parapariki beach 2 days if there good biking at Queen Elizabeth regional park but have to stay in holiday park there only rated it

Lake Henley in winter not to cold big parking area for vans .

Alot of ducks and geese near by .Can hear traffic sometimes .Toilets are locked at night even as it's a freedom camping area seems council hasn't thought of overnite travellers
