  • The three flush toilets were so clean and well stocked.

There was plenty of space and the views were just incredible. You can wake up the sounds of the river. We were so happy we stopped into the cafe too, they have a campground breakfast special (bacon + egg bagel and any coffee for $15) and it was so good. Highly recommend to stop here even just for the food.

  • Great place!

Stayed for one night, came late and got very last spot. Clean toilets. Cafe has really good coffee and good options for breakfast, friendly staff. Thanks for letting travelers to stay there!

  • A nice place and a cafe but the toilets are closed for water restrictions.

Exactly as advertised. I arrived around 10 pm and found a spot during peak season though it was pretty full. Basic facilities. The cafe is nice and the staff are lovely.

  • A nice free spot to stop with no alternative in this region.

There is not a lot of space, so be careful how you park, because other campers deserve a place too. There are flush toilets close to the cafe. There are also many sandflies, so don't leave the doors open for too long

  • 20April24.

2 adults in large motorhome, 1 night.

    Quiet. Flush loos. Free. Great.

Restricted to 15 vans but beware, some parked taking up 2 spots so space might be restricted.

Loos ok but not lit so take a torch.

Cafe closed when we got there mid afternoon but was open early ish the next morning. We didn’t use it as we were driving out when we noticed it was open.

  • Not a bad spot to stop considering there is not much choice on this part of the West Coast.

Very popular with non certified freedom campers . Clean and tidy but no space between each vehicle.

  • Great site 3 spotless flushing loos with paper and washbasins.

Would be tricky for vans larger than a Sprinter. Fab Salmon Farm Cafe

  • Lovely spot, toilets are great.

    Lots of sandflies!

There was more than 15 campers here, but all fitted in behind the line

  • Sandflies!!!

Especially in the morning they went crazy 😟

Otherwise the spot is amazing! Very new and clean flush toilets. Space for 15-20 small vehicles, one big stayed too, but two can't pass each other.

Please! When you drip on the toilet seat clean up after yourself!

  • This place definetly deserves better rating now!

Nice place, very calm, nice new clean toilets. Maybe prepare for some sandflies which was not our case because we came during winter.

  • Cute, small camping with extremely clean flush toilets, sinks and filled soap dispensers.

Flies were no problem this time of the year. The camping is in a dead end of a short, very well maintained gravel road. Not that many spots, but if you are early you can find a flat one.

Protected from winds and we saw an incredible amount of stars in the night.

  • Simple little place.

This is behind the path to the café. Toilets appear to be new and were clean when we stopped. Especially suitable for campervans and small mobile homes because you are in a dead end street. It pays to be there in time to get a seat that is level.

  • Really not a great spot.

It’s just a tiny strip of land where we all have to fit in. No access to the river, no toilet (I think it’s being built), tons of midges. The only good thing about it is the cafe next door and their cappuccinos.
