Perfect stay, very close to Picton.
The facilities were clean and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. Very good value for money !

Good spot to stay after arriving at midnight from the ferry.
We had to book ahead because of the late arrival, probably would have stay for peak season.

Turned up just as it was getting dark off the ferry.
$30 for powered site. Quite a few residents there it seems but made it feel quite homely.
The facilities are definitely on the retro style but kinda like it.
Bathroom was cold though and couldn’t get any hot shower water.
Nice spot for 1 night though. Free WIFI which was great and doesn’t seem to the norm unfortunately at a lot of sites!

Stayed here 23rd absolutely lovely clean older camp would be the nices camp we've been in for quite a while all the painted floors and building are immaculate no chips or broken bits it's quite
a credit to the owners and love the quirky bits and pieces .

We stayed here with our little campervan after got off the late ferry from Wellington.
Was perfect for the night before launching into our south Island adventure.

An excellent site 10 minutes drive from the ferry terminal.
Quite a small site with some spaces taken by longer term campers but it is immaculately maintained and landscaped in such a way that you do not feel crowded. Superb facilities with washers, dryers, showers/toilets, kitchen and bbq area. All spotless! A perfect place for a reset after a few days staying at freedom sites.

A bit expensive, 55 $ for two, unpowered.
Too close from the others. Nice bathrooms, really small kitchen and not fully equiped. Can be okay if you need the take the first ferry.

Lovely place ideal for us & away from Picton busyness as last night in South Island, love all the signs fun n happy place, Shower is free clean nice paint job n love blue toilet seats in ladies definitely
coming back next trip

Awesome little camp, quirky, clean, pool and Jolly Roger pub and resteraunt walking distance couldn’t ask for more.

Very nice campground with a friendly owner, clean facilities and a large kitchen.
Only electric cooking site so take you time. Oven and microwave available. You get wifi but only 100MB, install a firewall app and you'll be fine ;) quite big camping site, might be crowded.

Playground was fantastic, unit is small but has everything you need. 5 minutes drive from Picton which is a gorgeous town. Nice and quiet. Well kept grounds. Free wifi, hot showers.

Very nice and friendly place.
We had a great site with bay views and the kids enjoyed the pool, trampoline and playground. Facilities were very clean, the camping was nice and quiet and wifi was provided. We planned to stay only one night, but booked another night. The location is great for exploring the sounds and wine yards.
