Only thing was there wasn’t much cooking space as only one hob and sink in the kitchen but it wasn’t a big site so no problems really

Lovely site, facilities spotless but would expect so for almost $90 a night for a powered pitch!
Could walk into town from there but a bit far. Lots of beautiful trees but not a lot of sun because of them, and the pitches were a bit tight compared to other places we’ve stayed

Cheaper option in Fox glacier but very tired and old, facilities were an unflattering brown colour which didn’t do much for making it feel clean

Lovely holiday park, nice spaces and lots of different facilities blocks.
Very clean and tidy, a little older than some top 10’s but still a great place! Also let us store a bike whilst we went hiking which was handy!

Hampshire Holiday Park Glendhu Bay
Cheapest place to stay around Wanaka, can’t beat the location for closeness to the lake, beautiful views and big pitches.
Some pitches a bit of a walk to the facilities but a nice way to take in the views! Can get a little messy as a big site but cleaned well everyday, we’ve stayed there twice now and both times extended our stay because it was such a great place!

Great site with good amenities that were always clean and tidy!
Nice sized pitches and friendly helpful staff, definitely a good deal for 2 nights in autumn being 25% off too, best value in the queenstown lakes area!

Small quiet site with lovely views but a little short on facilities only 3 showers for the whole campsite and similar for toilets, kitchen was pretty grubby too but that might have been the campers not
the cleaning efforts! Still a good stop off after camping on the Earnslaw burn track the night before!
