3 Camping Grounds
A boutique camping ground for campervans, caravans, tent sites and cabins. Set in idyllic farm surroundings and lavender gardens overlooking Hokitika Golf Links, we are a small walk to the beach and have the Mahinapua river running down our boundary.
Our new holiday amenities are second to none: showers, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, carpeted lounge as well as washing and drying facilities. We have a gazebo area, barbeques and a pizza oven where you can appreciate the beautiful sunsets.
There are kayaks here to kayak up the Mahinapua River to the lake, mountain bikes to use on Hokitika’s trails, a netball hoop and volleyball area. We also have a small shop when you get thirsty. If it’s the glow worms you want to see, we provide free trips to the caves so you don’t need to worry.

Pitching a tent takes us back to basics and we have some great tent spots to get you there. Freshly grassed and always well groomed makes for the perfect place to put your tent up.
Take the stress out of your travels and come and stay with us at Links-View Holiday Park.

The best holiday park I've stayed. Kevin is so kind and friendly and the place is quite new, clean and comfortable.
We visited in August, only ones staying the night here. $40 for 2 people on powered site. $2 for a hot shower, but VERY nice bathroom. They also have a washer and dryer $4 for each. Lovely new kitchen and living area, tv, board games, books (good if it’s raining) all very clean. Owners are so nice and friendly and make you feel very comfortable! Is about 2km out of town so nice area. Definitely the best place we’ve stayed so far!!
Made to feel really welcome by Kevin and Jules. The site is warm and clean, with toys for our boys and space to run about outside. Kevin gave us some great ideas for the north of the Island where he’s from. Highly recommend this camp site.

What a wonderful place! No sandflies, great location. Everything was very clean and tidy. It is very cosy, you will feel at home! And lots of advice and goodness. We and the kids loved it!! And we only paid 40 dollar tot 1 night, for 2 adults and 2 kids!!
We had the place to ourselves in late June. Kevin is an awesome host. The place is immaculate. Nicest place we’ve stayed yet!
We had an amazing night in this camping. Mr Kevin is the best host you can have. He welcomed us warmly and recommended us the best places to go in the Southern Island. The facilities are really clean! If you are looking for a place to stay in Hokitika, it is the place.
The best place i stayed on my visit to NZ. I was hunting on the west coast and came in for rest and showers every now and then. It was like coming home, genuine nice people! Kevin and Julian are good people! And everything is kept spotless

We had an amazing night here. Kevin was an incredible host. The facilities were great- the bathroom facilities felt like a fancy hotel! So clean and modern. Kevin made 3 separate trips taking guests to the glowworms for free. It's clear he cares about his guests and their experience. In Summer, he will stay up until midnight to do this rather than having his guests driving campers individually to them.
It's a small campsite compared to others but when chatting to Kevin, this was a purposeful decision. A smaller campsite means they can keep up such high standards.
Would recommend to everyone!
This was our first stop at a holiday park ever and we definitely recommend this one highly. Kevin and Julian are the nicest couple on earth. They provide invaluable guidance and the place is just spitzenklasse - everything new and clean, and you can simply feel them caring. Obviously, we didn't try the other ones nearby, but we don't feel the need to try them.

One of the best places of our trip! The owners are so friendly and helpful, feels like home there. They even have apples, milk and tea for free. Facilities and kitchen are brand new and very very clean. Thank you Kevin and Julian for the great tips and recommendations for NZ you gave us! Loved it! Greetings from Eva & Florian
We experienced a very friendly and family welcoming. The campground is best equiped and absolutely clean. Great value for money.
Great place to stay, amazing facilities and close to the town.
Definitely recommend staying here. The place is small and new and run by a lovely welcoming couple. The main facility area in the middle feels a little like home; very comfy and warm, kitchen is fully equipped and you can buy fresh eggs from their farm. The bathroom has a shower ($2 for 5 mins, bring $2 coins) with a bath mat (such a luxury!) and hand towels - very homey. The couple were quick to recommend places to us around Hokitika and in the evening they were sitting around with guests giving them recommendations and tips for the rest of their trip around the South Island. The grass areas are all flat and soft for camping on too. Will definitely come back!
