We are a 3 acre Park Over Property for self contained motorhomes/vans/caravans. No toilet, showers or wifi. Parking over on our property is more suited for families, people touring through the Eastern Bay of Plenty, who are looking for a more secure, quieter location to stay over. We are not available for anyone that wants to party, make noise or consume large quantities of alcohol.
We supply parking on the grass and bore water tank only in a shelter belted paddock. Animals (under control) welcome.
Our Rules - it is ‘Free’ to stay on our property for a maximum of three nights providing you are considerate to us, our property, other campers and our neighbours. (No casuals or permanent campers). No booking required, although we prefer campers introduce themselves if we are at the house before going to setup camp. First come, first served basis. We don’t mind groups providing they are well organised and adhere to our rules. Arrival and departure during daylight hours.
We are not a registered campground, we only offer a grass area to park on and bore water for your water tank, we enjoy meeting people (tourists in small vehicles included, providing they are self contained) and have the ‘Pacific Coast Highway Travellers Guide’ free for anyone travelling around the East Cape. We also can offer some guidance to any visitors as to where to shop, (supermarkets, fuel, best fish n chips etc), where best to go to for views of White Island and the coastline. Where to go to book tours to White Island etc.
