  • Just a carpark.

No toilet facilities. Red door toilet now locked. Quiet carpark.

  • We left straight after we arrived because mainly homeless people were staying there and we didn’t feel safe.

  • The Park is clean and easy to find.

However the only toilet is at the gas Station. And be aware you Park in the designated area!

  • Enjoyed a fantastic stay in this park.

Showers are available at the nearby 'Aquatic Centre' for $4 per person. Freshwater and the dump station are easily accessible. The toilets are slightly hidden; you need to go around the big hall to find them on the backside. Look for the very obvious red door; it seems they're not used as frequently as others.

  • Big parking with a lot of spaces.

Next to a public swimming pool 🚿 (with spa)

There was an event going on when we went there but they let us stay, we just had to leave before 9am the day after.

    Safe and quiet at night

  • Right next to a busy road but quiet after dark.

Lots of space and other campervans around. $5.50 for swimming and showers with toilets at the pool in the same complex. BP just up the road with toilets as well. Public bathrooms were locked when we were there

  • That was a quiet place and lots of space.

There is a toilet behind the hall close to the telecom tower. Was open at 8 am.

  • Great place to spend the night in Whanganui.

Dump station with clean water available. The park has pools and showers available (for a low cost), plenty of space for big campervans. Good for self contained, as no toilets available after pools close. Green area surrounding parking lot. Free WiFi thanks to inspirenet!!
