Gateway Motorhome Hire
Vehicle had 50k miles plus.
Halfway through the trip had to get new front brakes, very inconvenient.
Jim & JoAnn rented one of our Premium 2 berth vehicles for five weeks in November and December, this was their second hire from Gateway. During their trip a brake wear light came on intermittently and when it was reported to us, for complete piece of mind, we arranged to have a complete brake replacement done rather than just replace the faulty pad. This job meant the Harllees were without the vehicle for a few hours as a result of which we voluntarily reimbursed them the day's rental.
Upon return of the vehicle Jim & JoAnn said that they had had a "fantastic" holiday in our vehicle, would like to come back and rent from us again, and invited us to meet up with them in the USA when we visit their state.
