Awful smell in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Cleaners were smoking in the building next to kitchen. How disgusting is that. Long way from the city centre. Poor camping for a lot of money.

Thank you for your comments, we sincerely apologise for the delay in responding to this review we thought it had been replied to by the person who dealt with these. We appreciate your comment regarding our cleaning staff and they are no longer allowed to smoke in this area (as per regulations we put in place a while back).

Wow! Get up close to fur seals for nothing.
Loved it, what a beautiful peaceful place. Got fantastic photos. Would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent camping.
We could pick our own campsite location. Nice swimming pool and only a 300m walk to the centre! Love it here!

Fantastic day.
Got picked up at accommodation in Te Anau and stopped at 15 locations on the way where we could get out of the bus and have a walk around. Boat trip was excellent. 2 and a half hours of dramatic scenery and that whole day for $110 including lunch. Great!!

Got the day ticket for $23 and after we paid she said we could only go in and out once, bit weird for that price.
Normal ticket is $18. Great pools though but a bit disappointed that the slides were not included in the $23 ticket.
