Yes, LOTS of dog owners/walkers!!! Quiet spot except several cars come and go during all hours. Carpark spot but felt safe even though we were the only campers. Gets a 7 because of dog pooh up the far end so stay closer to the entry. No water, no toilets. Stayed 3 April 2016.

For dog owners, this is the best place to stay in a motorhome in Hawke's Bay to walk your dog off lead. Will take about 30 minutes to do one loop of the park, loads of tracks, loads of dog walkers coming and going.
