    • Nice spot, enough space for 10 cars or tents.
    • Nice place, calm, windy when we were.
    • Arrived at approx 7pm.
    • Nice quiet spot, with old but okay toilets.

  • Arrived at approx 7pm.

    Entrance is via Glenmark drive. 10 marked out bays. Toilet block open all night with flushing toilets and sink.

    Really nice camping area.

    Train woke us up in the early hours for a minute but that was all.

  • Nice Quiet spot, slide and swings for the kids, very clean flush toilets whilst it is free there is a donation box Keep to the 10 spots there is someone that comes checks

  • Unfortunately so many people camping outside the allocation, we managed to get a spot.

    Needs more patrols. Heard a group saying they have been for over 2 weeks as working in the local area

  • Very nice camp place with flush toilets, toiletpaper, 2 sinks and soap.

    The road to it is a bit uneven but only for a short part. You have view on the river and ocean and just a short walk gives you an amazing sunrise. Camp places are on grass, so it can get muddy.

    Toilets are ok, not the best but not the worse.

    Only down side is the helicopters landing and taking of from 5am to 12am.

    Can get muddy when it rains so be careful. Flush toilets on site, which are pretty clean. Overall good spot close to Christchurch!
