Would have ranked 10 for actual bungy but found the experience too rushed.
Customers processed as on conveyor belt and staff had no personality and were not accommodating with simple requests.

Good facilities including lounge area and BBQ.
Location was 20 minutes walk from town centre and on a hill so uneven sites. Paid $35, some litter on the grounds - could have better caretaking.

We did the half day tour which was from 10.30 to 4.30 practically a full day.
The views were fantastic and we had lots of photo opportunities. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Beautiful view from the Summit.
Only observation - although a 20 minute short walk, very steep climb and so unsuitable for elderly.

Positives - no problem with vehicle, customer service post hire very good.
Negatives - interior could have been cleaner, vehicle overview at checkin missed some important information such as how to reset the battery.

The only campsite we have found with free internet!!
Great kitchen facilities, the only negative were the showers, although hot were very small. Also free washing machines. Paid $34.

We stopped enroute at the Lake Pukaki Salmon farm and picnicked whilst watching people fish.
Beautiful surroundings and relaxing lunch.

Offer of buy tandem swing get one free good as allows you to get over nerves and be more daring the second time.
End to end experience fantastic, the guys on site really add to the experience.
