Some of the freshest salmon I have ever tasted. The cheese platter with salmon was a reasonable price too. Can also feed the fish for free which is fun.

We stopped enroute at the Lake Pukaki Salmon farm and picnicked whilst watching people fish. Beautiful surroundings and relaxing lunch.

Just on the way from Tekapo to Mt Cook. Most probably the purest and cleanest salmon you can get on earth! Try the sushi mi tasting - it beats the fish in Japan where I am living!
