We had some problems with the car - they were resolved in a quite convenient fashion.
We got the car three hours late, but we could borrow another car to go shopping.

Royale with Cheese Tour: Absolutely fantastic tour.
The scenery is gorgeous and the guides were great. If you are not used to using your arms, they will gert sore - but it is worth it!!

Really interesting to see the different thermal phenomenon, the champagne pool was quite beautiful.

The Kauri Museum
Interesting to see the part strictly about the kauri trees, but some of the other stuff (machinery etc) were quite generic and can be seen in many other places.
