Nice and calm Camping ground with lots of space.
The toilets are good, clean and with running water 👍🏻. The network coverage is ok ( with spark - 4G one or two bars ). Overall for a free campsite definitely a recommendation!

Great flush toilets there.
Plenty of place to parc the van on green or gravel ( a little bit uneven, but biutiful park).

Kids could look at the horses on the other side of the road.

A little bit far from dunedin center but great if you want to see the albatros sanctuary.

We had no sandflies/mosquitos there, but it was windy and rainy for us.

It's a traditional domain with big trees . Very quiet easy to get to . 2 new toilets open all night and with lights .

Nice calm spot.
Arrived in the Dark around 7pm in June, was only one other camper there. Be careful after rain, de ground gets muddy and it is sometimes uneven. Toilets were good.

The trees provide plenty of shades.
Get cold during the cold season due to lack of sunlight.

Very quiet & peaceful area with 2 clean flushing toilets and running tap water. Great place to stay

Lots of space, clean flushing toilet with sink. Few picnic tables. For free camping it is really nice spot.

Fantastic free camping next to a scouting Hands wash basin toilets and hands wash basin.
At the beginning of December we were the only ones.

Bus stop at the front to the city or to Harington Point Rd bus ends.

Next to a farm so be prepared to be awake by animals ;)

Nice spot close to beaches on the Otago peninsula.
Short walk to mudflats for cockles. Large area to park under tall pines. New toilet block just installed. No water
