After a long walk, you will arrive at one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen.
The only word to describe it is 'magic'!

Two day hike with the Lake Angelus at 1600m.
I used Robert Ridge route to go up and Speargrass Route to come back which was a good choice. A very pleasant two day walk.

I did the track at Nelson Lakes for a second time.
But this time a short version of three days. Beautiful track, good fun with climbing along the rocks and nice huts too. Love it!

This is an amazing, precious environment...enjoy but please use the toilets or if you can't dig a good hole and make sure you bury your toilet paper and waste deep enough or better still carry a small
, lightweight shovel. It has recently been in the news about toilet paper blowing around up around Lake Angelus...not nice. Protect/Respect the natural beauty well into the future!!
