Good value for money.
A little cramped but ok you get organised. Could do with a bigger powered cooler and a means of connecting this to campsites power source. Aux, battery kept going flat meaning no cooler or DVD player.

As you drove into Rotorua from Mt manganui there is a path on the right hand side full of hot springs and bubbling hot mud pools.
Also nice gardens.
