Only thing: on the site the interior of the campervan looked different and that was a little disappointing. They offered to swap when we would pass through Christchurch - we picked it up in Auckland. We decided to keep this one.
We are sorry that you were disappointed with the layout. Our website does state that the internal layout may vary.
The reason we scheduled you for this particular campervan was that there were additional seat belts in the rear of the vehicle, which we thought was a safer option when travelling with a child.
We will try to be clearer in the future with communication re alternate layout.

Quite expensive trip, but wonderful jetboating on the Dart River and fun to go back in a kayak.

Really nice place, superb kitchen and dining area.
Nice playground, perfect for kids, helping feed sheep etc in the morning. Sanitary was clean!

Nice walk, possible with a 4 year old, because there is not too much elevation.
Description like 1/3 first bridge, 2/3 second bridge, is not right - I guess 2/3 bridge is halfway.

Facilities a bit poor, therefore not ranked a ten, but fine.
Setting is perfect!! One side Porpoise Bay - dolphins. Other side penguins in Curio Bay and a sea lion at the campsite.

Nice experience.
Guides told a lot of good information, impressive to see the glacier-ice so close (ice-bergs in the lake) and we were lucky to see a part dropping into the lake.
