Excellent deal, by FAR the best value for money.
No hesitation to recommend
We hired a Sirion for 6 days, with the cost around NZD150-200 cheaper than the majors - and we included comprehensive, no excess insurance!
Firm also allowed Airport pickup and City drop off for only NZD6 surcharge, better than other firms who charge up to $50 for the privilege
Car was fine, around 6 years old, some paint chips - I prefer to pay less on the rental than get a brand new car, so you can't expect the latest model (but our Sirion was their 'Premium' range and so was good anyway)!

$99-124 for their '2 hour' tubing 'blackwater rafting' experience was overpriced compared to other offerings.
Their cave is not that impressive physically and there are better tours for seeing actual glowworms (my girlfriend did the Spellbound tour and had a much better time). Time in the cave is also a lot less than you'd expect.
Did get to do the wetsuit-in-water thing with jumps off 2 small waterfalls, but overall not worth it for the price.
If you want to see glowworms, do Spellbound
If you want a good cave, do Aranui Cave & Ruakuri Cave
And if you want adventure do greenglow.co.nz or Haggas Honking Holes
