Useful communication before renting car; good service (taking us from accommodation to Apex office), instructions for the car missing, air pressure of tyres not okay, check of the car was very fast before
giving it to us.

Very good!
Good service, very friendly, close to the sea, nice restaurant/nice cabins/units, good cooking, restaurants/cafes nearby. Sandy facilities, showers and toilets, shop, beach.

Okarito about 15km from Franz Josef Top10 Holiday Park, lovely place - beach walk and walk to viewing point, quiet campsite.

Poorly furnished, near the road (noisy), poor kitchen facilities, huts/cabins and sites (camping), do not recommend it.

We really (finally) spotted two whales; the sea very rough; danger of getting seasick.
Far too expensive!!! Is it worth spending $130 per person???

Good cruise across the lake; guided tour through cave on foot and by boat ok; enjoyed it - lots of interesting information; very impressive.

Too expensive, four wineries were promised, three were visited, (last one already closed at 4.30 - should have know beforehand).
Price and achievement is not okay.

Very interesting museum, nice cafe, history, animals, plants explained, free entrance, good presentation of the exhibits.
