Sauna without shower and relaxing room, people went into the cold pool without shower (absolutely unhygenic), even no cold shower in the shower room.

Camping table was missing and position of table (inside) absolutley crazy!
Remote control didn't work, no mosquito netting. Other equipment perfect.

So sorry that the table was missing from your campa and the remote didn't work. All our vehicles are checked prior to being dispatched so this should not have been the case. I can assure you that I have passed this feedback onto our operations team so that this can be discussed with the JUCY Crew.
I am however stoked to read that although you had these few problems you found the rest of the equipment in your JUCY Ride to be perfect and I hope you had a fabulous time travelling around NZ in your campa!
