My wife and I came in on Monday last week.
We used the skyview water fountain during our visit. However, we could not turn it off. As we were halfway through our experience, the pool started to cool down. Plus the cold water was splashing on us.
Knowing we were near the end, we decided to jump out, get dressed and inform management. Not knowing that we had become the issue made our experience even worse! We went from two pool staff, to the front desk reception and ended with a manager. The manager grilled us for not letting the pool staff know. I said, we want a refund, he took my name and said someone will ring me. He didn’t give me his number. Then he proceeded to try sell me a local membership to save costs. I said, excuse me I gave you $70 for a poor experience. He said I’ll get someone to call you. Well over a week later, he still hasn’t rung. He was arrogant and made it our fault. We go to the pools regularly but my wife and I will never come back there again.

Really enjoyed this in Rotorua - very good location, good views and impressive facilities.
I think the price could come down a touch.

Relaxing pools set beside the lake heated to different temperatures with geothermal activity.
Very relaxing atmosphere but a little overpriced.

Not crowded - easy to find your own space. Lots of pools to try.

Heated from 39 to 42 degrees. Very great to relax in after a walking day.

Everything was nice and fine but there was too many seagulls near the pools.
Some of the pools were so close to the screaming seagulls that you could not use those pools.

If you have time, the best place to relax but because the water is so hot one hour is enough.

Disappointing, this was a Christmas present from our children.
Quite expensive for what you get - pools and massage and only had a very short time in the pools because of the time of the massage.

Bot more expensive than other places but it is worth it.
