My wife and I came in on Monday last week.

We used the skyview water fountain during our visit. However, we could not turn it off. As we were halfway through our experience, the pool started to cool down. Plus the cold water was splashing on us.

Knowing we were near the end, we decided to jump out, get dressed and inform management. Not knowing that we had become the issue made our experience even worse! We went from two pool staff, to the front desk reception and ended with a manager. The manager grilled us for not letting the pool staff know. I said, we want a refund, he took my name and said someone will ring me. He didn’t give me his number. Then he proceeded to try sell me a local membership to save costs. I said, excuse me I gave you $70 for a poor experience. He said I’ll get someone to call you. Well over a week later, he still hasn’t rung. He was arrogant and made it our fault. We go to the pools regularly but my wife and I will never come back there again.
