I work at the Opononi i-site ,my partner and I did this fantastic trip.
The people we're so lovely , helpful .The food was a BBQ on the most beautiful beach that I have never seen before .Our guide was full of interesting advise and knowledge .A tip of a lifetime , picked up , dropped off , everything set up .The highlight of our day ,the boarding down the dune's .My partner came flying down straight into the creek ,me I did it at a lesser pace , didn't even get wet.

Tour from Kaitaia to Cape Regina and 90 Mile Beach.
Very good value to money balance but really touristic, not enough time at the stops.

We booked for only $50 per person, a bus tour to Cape Reinga including a walk through Gum Diggers Park (interesting!).
An informative Maori guide and sand boarding - it has been a nice day!

Despite the rainy & windy weather we had a very enjoyable trip.
Senny began the day with a very funny introduction and continued to give us very interesting and detailed facts and stories as we drove. The Maori stories he told of past warriors and legends really gave a fascinating perspective on the area.
A wonderful tour to the wonderful Cape Reinga...thanks for the songs Senny :)
