We rented a great campervan from Camperco in June 2022, very clean and warm. We picked up in Picton and drop off in Queenstown. Suitable even for our winter vacation in New Zealand. Very helpful and nice people. Highly recommended for your vacation! We would definitely rent again a campervan from Camperco for our next vacation. Very nice experience!

Great little camper van, really enjoyed camping in it - even in winter! Great service and flexible collection and drop off locations.

We hired a hi top camper from Camper Co for a week in Nelson, and it was awesome! Fast friendly communication, they were the only company we could find that didn’t charge for “remote pick up”. Alan was very helpful, holding our suitcases that didn’t fit in the camper for us, and dropping us off at the airport. Camper was well equipped, and all the extras other big companies would charge for they included for free. The 2+1 berth was a bit cramped for 3 but Ross did give us the heads up, plus the tent they included for us made things a lot easier. All in all would highly recommend these guys. Thanks for a great trip!

We hired the campervan that was mid-range. Toyota Hiace van that we could stand in. It was a great camper, had all the items we needed. We liked that there was a lot of space for food with a few empty draws and cupboards. The fridge was bigger then we thought which was very handy. Great storage for bags. And easy to know how to use all the parts of the van as we had not used a self contained camper before. The pick up in Nelson went smoothly as well as the drop off in Queenstown. We would highly recommend this company and campervan even if you are a couple that need extra sleeping space, this campervan worked well.

Kia ora! Im based in Huntly Waikato and arrived in Picton; picked up the camper and left for a 23 day break away road trip to see my all of my country with a friend. Starting from Picton to Nelson, Hanmer Springs, Christchurch Chch, Tranzrail Alphine return from Chch to Greymouth, Akaroa, Balclutha, Moeraki Boulders, Invercargil, Bluff, Stewart Island, Te Anau, Milford Sounds, Lake Wanaka, Queenstown, Haast, Gems Beach, Punakaiki, Kaikoura, Blenheim and return to Picton Tuesday 29/03/22 to recouperate from a lovely journey and give the camper back the way I got it; clean linen, tidy van, full tank, full gas bottle and empty clean toilet. I just like to add the waka had a few hiccups ie park and door lights on couldn't switch off! The brake warning light appeared on and off was checked out by a friendly Mechanic in Te Anau who gave us the thumbs up! 👍 😊 from that point on there were no more issues - Ross you got this! Our camper got us from A to B beautifully. My driver nicked named the camper "Monster Choc" because of the size big on the outside but anything huge next to my friendly humorous 👧 driver.

Considering the distance cheap on diesil and ALL our mileage covered in the price - wonderful deal. I wonder who does that? 😳 Campco does it!

Thank you so much Campco 💓 💗 💛

We had a great trip in a Toyota Hiace hi top van, starting and ending in Picton - the staff were super accommodating and friendly at pickup and dropoff and were quick to respond to any communications. The van was in top condition, clean and very comfy. We had everything we needed for a 10- day trip round the South Island, we freedom camped or stayed in unpowered DoC sites most nights and had no worries with battery power for the fridge, lights, etc., thanks to the rooftop solar panel.
Also it was great to have a vehicle without sign written adverts on it, we felt a little less conspicuously touristy!
A great experience all round.

We had hoped to book a campervan holiday in advance ex Christchurch but with COVID on the horizon we held off booking until a week before we had annual leave booked. Ross at Camperco had a campervan available ex Nelson, where we live, which was perfect for our week away and meant travelling to Christchurch could be avoided. It was our first campervan experience and we absolutely loved it. Such a relaxing way to travel. The booking, pick-up and drop-off process was easy and the Mercedes Sprinter was great. We enjoyed a mixture of DOC, freedom and camping ground stays over our 7 nights and each were good in their own way. We highly recommend these guys if you are looking to rent a van in New Zealand and we hope to book again with them soon. Thanks Ross and Alan.

My partner and I booked a van for four days to travel around the Abel Tasman/Marlborough and had the best time! The van was reliable, well looked after and tidy. Communication from the team was great and pick up/drop off was a breeze. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!
