Great spot just off the main road in a domain run by community folk.
If you need cash go to the on the spot shop as they can provide cash and also look after the place. They are lovely and also open the fancy yas showers in the evening. There we three camp groups for the night. A great stop off in a lovely we town. Highly recommended if you want to have a quiet stop off with like minded folk.

Nearly no people! Prices are OK 15 dollar per person. Kitchen, hot showers, landry and a BBQ fireplace make this location to a good one.

Mit Strom kostet die erste Person 20$. Es gibt Duschen, Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochplatte etc. und man kann einmal kostenlos waschen.

Per gender 1 shower (without a lock on the door) and 1 toilet.
Extra shower facility was closed. We paid the powered price, but the power facility was out of order. Nice spot on a field, but not worth the money.

Run by volunteers, the fees goes to pay the bills. 10 NZD for me on a non powered site, the price gives access to hot showers, flushing toilets, a round of cold laundry, well equipped kitchen with hot and cold tap (microwave, toasters, panini, ovens, pots n pans, cutlery, plates cups etc, fridge & freezer) and there is outdoor bbq or wood oven. Not much to do in the area but a short walk to the riverbank, I stayed for one night in October 2024, would gladly stay again should I come back.

Super spot - nice facilities that can be used if you’re not staying here.
Kitchen, toilet/hot shower and powered sites for €15. 9/10 because the laundry was locked and not sure why.

Nice and clean.
Check-in by yourself, just put money (10$/person) in envelope and in a box. Free laundry machine.

Ahaura Hotel was an incredible place!
Suze and Rocky we're absolute legends! They were super friendly, looked after us and provided hot showers with towels and toiletries, laundry access and amazing company. Couldn't recommend the Ahaura Hotel more highly! ☺️

Great campground, only 10$ pp for a non powered site and there are showers, toilets, free washing machine and a kitchen with lots of appliances.
Strongly recommended!
