Compared to Queenstown good price and big lots.
The showers are free off season. 1 GB Wifi per person. There isn't really a TV room, just a kitchen with a telli. The kitchen itself is very spacious and well equipped. The laundry is a little expensive for 6$ wash and 6$ dryer, but is card operated, which is nice if you don't have coins. There is a supermarket in walking distance.

This is a larger camping ground and felt busy even off season.
New communal facilities were very clean but I imagine are in constant use over the high seasons. Walking distance to Arrowtown . Free wifi . Free showers although this is unlikely to remain as signs to pay were covered up. Dump Station and water on site. $45 for 2 in a van on a powered site is the most we've paid.

Very overpriced for what you actually get.
$60ish for a powered site for 3 adults. Have to pay for wifi & showers (hot water). The tone of the 'rules' you need to stand by is quite abrupt in comparison to other sites. Quite busy in winter so would definitely consider booking if coming at a busier time.

We visited off season so it was quiet and the showers were free although normally $1.
$69 for 2 adults 2 kids is the most we’ve paid on our trip, can imagine if it was busy you would be very crammed in on the sites. Facilities are clean, tidy and standard. Beautiful view.

Loved this campsite!!
What beautiful scenery to wake up to!!
Nice clean kitchen, warm bathroom facility, first campground that offered us a key for the family bathroom, made it so much easier!!!!
Walking distance to town, we had dinner at the fork and tap (delicious). Beautiful town with lots of little walkways/alleys!
Sites are pretty close together but it didn’t bother us and Park seems to be shared with the local domain/rugby club which didn’t bother the little dude at all, his main concern was lack of a slide.
FYI - showers did not cost, that seems to be a bit of a thread in other reviews...

Beautiful picturesque spot surrounded by mountains and walking distance to shops. Facilities are A1 , great clean free hot water showers and you get small amount of wifi free plus option to purchase at reasonable price. Nice and quiet. Lovely last 2 days here. Would recommend. Preferred this to busyness of Queenstown.

Not tried the cooker but the kitchen was clean and lots of hot water.
The pitch is small but acceptable. Paid $49 for 2 people on a powered site and staff are friendly. Left before 10am!

WATCH OUT THEY RIPP YOU OFF WHEN YOU LEAVE AFTER 10 O’CLOCK!!!
YOU WILL PAY 20 DOLLAR FINE!
We stayed last night at Arrowtown Holiday Park for 1 night. We left this morning just before 11 o’clock.
We wanted to leave earlier but there was a long line with campers and vans waiting to go out. ( it was 10.06 at that moment ) Probably a lot of more tourists and kiwi’s were ripped off! ( just as us )
So we took our time because of the line with campers.
When we tried the code at the gate we couldn’t leave because our code didn’t work??
I went inside and a young lady told me that I was too late and if I want to have another code I must pay 20 nz dollar. I think its ridiculous THEY DID NOT WARN US by our check in.
We were unaware from the fine. It would be FAIR/NORMAL if they told us immediately by check in, they only told us check out time is 10 o’clock.
I was so angry and wanted to call the police because this isn’t honest!! But I kept my mouth shot.
We are traveling in NZ since 8th of December and often we left our camping an half hour or an hour later. It’s a rip off, a shame that they are such greedy camping owners. This camping place isn’t cheap, also we paid for the showers.
Not as nice as the Top 10 Holiday Campings we normally stay!
DON’T STAY HERE!

Too many people.
Seemed to us they were trying to cram as many people as they could onto the site making the whole experience not very pleasant. Facilities couldn't cope - there was a queue of people waiting to use the washing machines/dryers. Kitchen was also too small for the numbers and not well equipped. Only camp site we stayed at on our road trip where we had to pay for a shower. Male owner/manager walked into womens showers un-announced whist wife and daughter were in there and didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with that.
Town was 10-15 min walk away which was ok and a bus stop right outside the camp serviced Queenstown very well and only cost $2 each way. I personally wouldnt recommend it and wont be staying there again

The staff is very friendly but can't compensate the site's shortcomings.
About half the heating spaces in the kitchen area were not working which lead to longer waiting time.
The dryer did less than half of its job so better get two of the tokens. Had to improvise as the office was closed and the clothes were wet.
Also shower experience was suboptimal. Machine was blocked by a coin so I couldn't get hot water.
I think it's better in off season, though.

Very pretty place, walking distance to town and friendly staff.
Showers were $1 for 6 minutes however it was freezing cold for the first few minutes which really limits the shower. We had snow when we were there and unfortunately to get to the showers we had to go down a grassy hill that was extremely slippery and it was a huge walk to go around.
