We stayed 1 night and didn't use much of the facilities or meet the staff. The kitchen was clean and tidy and non-powered sites were very quiet and spacious (ours was the only van in our area)

Bit of a glorified car park for powered camper van sites at $56 for two a night. The small swimming pool and hot tubs are out in the open. Convenient for Kaikoura but it didn’t offer us much more than a place to park for a night.

Really great Campsite with fantastic uoto date facilities! The staff were extremely helpful in suggesting a site best for a tent avoiding wind and rain (forecast for the evening). Standard price for Kaikoura but worth the penny for the hospitality and facilities received. Location is just about walkable into the town centre too - around 25 mins

A bit more pricey than other campsites we stayed at, but really good facilities so it was welcomed. Nice clean toilets and showers, laundry and kitchen, and even hot tub on site. Walking distance to all the main kaikoura activities, definitely recommend a whale watching tour!

Really nice clean amenities & showers included for $25 for 1 with power. However being near Christmas it was pretty much full & crammed in like sardines. Have never had such small sites. Would be lovely in off season.

Stayed for one night before Kaikoura whale watch tour (which was incredible). Super convenient to get there in the morning (2min drive with free parking if your on the tour)
Had free hot tubs - but they weren't that warm! Kitchen facilities were good. Showers were good and hot but the shower block is a bit cold (we stayed in May though).
Staff were friendly and location had incredibly pretty mountain views.

We got a powered site ($40 which is standard) and we’re really happy. Good facilities and the park is smallish so everything is close to the van. Hot tub, 10 minute walk into town.

Good showers.
Smallish caravan sites.
Expensive @$48 per night (even in peak and this was end April) - $2 more gets you into the Top10 closer to town.
Permanent resident in caravan sawing timber at 8am on a Sat morning with no intervention from camp management was dissapointing.

Lovely place was going to stay at the top ten across the road but this place had a better feel to it. Staff were so friendly and advised us on what to see. Showers and toilets nice and clean. Washing machine and dryers good. Nice pool and spa. We had a lovely spot for campervan, although one field was a bit muddy from rain the previous night. Would recommend this place and stay again. Kitchen nice and clean and large.

Choose this for convenient location rather than being a great site. Pitches small. Kitchen small. Lounge. Pool and hot tubs free which was nice. Wi-fi free but hopeless. Can walk to whale watching, peninsula walk and town.

Nice place but 100mb of wifi that isn't that fast is just not state of the art anymore!
