Nice staff. Great showers, loos, cooking facilities. Sites are pretty small and generally the place is really busy. Early booking recommended

However the laundry dryer broke leaving our clothes wet but other than that very good

I liked my stay here!
It’s a nice size, not that big. I was in a unpowered site, you don’t have that much room if it’s full (think a little more room than a car park type rest stop) but that’s ok. The kitchen and laundry and bathrooms are nice- clean and well-equipped. I thought the price was fair and it’s about a 10-15 min walk to the town centre with cafes and shops on the way.

Stayed 2 nights. Washer dryer includes detergent. One hot tub worked. Nice seating area. Crowded, but enough room to maneuver. Water at my site. Everything was clean.

Sunrise on the mountains is spectacular.
It is a short walk to Kaikoura's town center, enjoy a gelato stop on the way. Sites are quite small for anything over 7 metres and not clearly marked. Facites are good and hot tubs to enjoy.

Everything is kept spotless in all areas. Hot tubs and cool pool are a bonus.

Lovely spot, great facilities. Unlimited hot showers. Kitchen was a decent size and clean. Great location near the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a nice stay, although they describe the spots to be very spacious, it really wasn't.
We had to squeeze in our campervan. The hot tub was really nice though and we could wash our clothes there. Facilities were clean, unfortunately the shower had no good water pressure.

Great place to base yourself to enjoy beautiful Kaikoura.
We stayed 4 nights in winter and loved the hot tubs at the end of a chilly day exploring. Super hot showers (no charge no limit) and all the amenities were clean and well maintained. Amazing mountain views and lovely grounds. Friendly helpful team.

Showers good ,very full and camped spaces so only ideal for quick visit.
Showers very clean though and kitchen large! Many families so a little noisy with kids. Fine camp spot.
