* quiet and family friendly.
Context
We're a couple in our fifties with a 7 mtre campervan
Pros
* clean tidy and well maintained campground and facilities
* supermarket a small group of shops directly across the road
There were lots of young families staying when we were there
* Hotpools are great and free
Cons
* a bit pricey even with the free hotpools
* we prefer camp grounds beside the sea or river or bush. Yes we knew that coming here. So it's not a criticism of the camp ground.

Clean, but, as others have said, it's too pricey for what you get.

All the holiday park were fully booked near Mount Maunganui, Tauranga.
As this was our first time on the motohome trip, we didn’t realised our situation until sunset, which was around 8pm. By the time we arrived the campsite, it was almost 9pm. We were very grateful that the owner welcomed us well, because the working hours ends at 8:30pm.
Highlights:
- free hot poll
- clean toilet
- hot water shower
- everything you would expected from a reasonably good campersite
- powered site one night $46 for two adults during Easter

- small but clean site - thermal pool (we didn't use it) - no nice surroundings, right at the Street - clean & simple facilities - gas cooking top - only outdoor seating area - reception

This is our third stay here and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed being here.
We love the peaceful nights, and the clean thermal pools are just that added bonus. We have stayed in the motel room, cabin room, and kitchen room - all nice, clean, and spacious. Affordable as well. Only downside for me in the kitchen cabin was the bed had a bit of a dip. I know if I had mentioned it to owners they would have done something but it was a busy labour weekend.
Thank you for great time will be back and recommend to all. :-)

We found Omokoroa Thermal Park a delight.
Even as Expedia had completely fouled our reservation, Sue went above and beyond any reasonable expectation to help. And in a further comedy of errors I had left my rental car lights on and killed my battery. They gladly provided a jump start and we had a great swim the next morning before pressing on. Beautifully cared for grounds as well !

Stayed one night.
Excellent! Quiet, adequate outdoor heated swimming pools. But the amazing part was how clean and tidy it all was. The best I've ever seen. Kitchen, toilet block, all facilities so sparkling clean I didn't like to mess it up by using them! Even a Vase of Flowers in the mens toilet. My compliments to the good folk who keep everything this way.

We have just arrived back home today after 3 fantastic nights away in Omokoroa during the school holidays.
We were super impressed by just how clean the holiday park was. The gardens and lawns are immaculate and you can tell the owners have a real pride about presenting the holiday park to a high standard. We enjoyed the use of 3 thermal heated pools that were emptied and filled daily. All the communal facilities were kept to a high standard.
We are planning our second trip to Omokoroa and will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Keep up the good work Ross, Sharon and family.

We had a gathering of 43 people.
The accommodation was very clean. The alfresco dining area was awesome and they provided plates and utensils at the dining area for us to eat communally. The hot pools were very clean and hot - just a pity kids are not allowed to jump in the cooler pool. We would certainly recommend this park for a group.
