Too rushed at pick-up.
We had to steer check of inventory, rather than maui (as it should of been) several important items were missing. Our van battery has been a problem; responded well when we called for help.

Booking process at base too mechanical, as was pre-flight briefing. Everything seemed rushed which spoiled the thrill of the event.
