We were so disappointed when picking up the van by the incompleteness of equipment and resulting delays. Vehicle so far operating without any problems.

Good guide, more age specific tours would be an improvement, everything else as proclaimed in tourist guide (too many people, too touristy), our age (30-35) advernturous.
Next time we would go to Waiotapu.

All equipment and infrastructure provided - excellent! Booked one day before at i-site Nelson. Extra service of the day offered by water taxi MSK - short trip to a bay with baby seals - what a great and unexpected surprise!!!
