Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferries
We went to the South Island during the night so we did not see much.
It is quite expensive to take the ferry with a car and it is booked quickly so it is best to book a few days in advance.

It was a good walk, but the best is the beaches which are very impressive.

Tongariro Alpine Crossing
Great walk in the forest and then the mountain, wonderful landscapes!
Only bad point is that it is a one way walk and a long one (29km) and at the end you either, have someone waiting to get you back to your car or you take the shuttle which is quite expensive......

It is a beautiful area.
Not too many people even with great weather and a magnificent view.

It was great to see and very interesting but it is expensive which is sad.

Okere Falls Track
Great short walk to see the Okere Falls, very nice and there is a free campsite not far so it is great to do it late in the afternoon and to get straight to the campsite.
Okay for any vehicle which is great.
