I don't recommend anyone with kids or elders should join a glacier trip with a company named "GLACIER EXPLORERS" at Mt Cook, Lake Pukaki, New Zealand.

I joined the glacier trip with my kid on 8 Jan 2017. There was a rude bus driver named "Rochelle". This rude driver also work as a guide asked my kid to walk close to group. Rochelle even said if my kid cannot walk as fast as the group, I have to carry him on this rocky road which is very easy to trip over, she completely ignore client safety. Also, she said I only have 2 choices, 1) carry him; 2) go back to the bus and cannot join the tour. She only wanted the tour finish asap and she can finish off her duty.
I can't believe that the staff is that unprofessional and rude to client.
I definitely not recommend this trip and this company with such kind of staff with this attitude......

I already filled up full tank 5 mins before returning car at Queenstown airport.
However, they charged my credit card in additional for the fuel and advised me the tank was not full. There was no staff advised me about this charge when I return the car and they claimed there was no staff to check which was not true.
They can charge customer whatever they want as customer has to sign the agreement when they took the car. Also, this kind of credit card charging happened when customers return to their home country.

It is our standard procedure that all cars are completely full on pick up and return, this means the fuel needle should be just past the ‘full’ line.
As we were expecting you to return the vehicle during opening hours, we would have been able to advise you that the vehicle had not been returned completely full. However seeing as you returned your vehicle outside of our opening hours there were no staff members on site to inform you of this.
Our email that we sent to you on the same day as you dropped off the vehicle, explained the vehicle required extra fuel with the receipt for $14.88 attached.
I apologise if this came as a surprise to you, but trust you understand that we need to supply the next hirer of this car with a full tank as we did with yourself.
