Heaphy Track Help
We hiked from the western end of the Heaphy Track to the Heaphy Hut where we spent the night.
What a special place!! The coastline is amazing and the hut site was great for evening walks.

A little off the beaten path, but the clay cliffs were worth a visit.
Very interesting formations accessible by a walking track. $5 entry per vehicle.

Cathedral Caves Walk
Stunning, we arrived an hour before low tide and were able to wade up and into the caves.
Explored the main caves as well as some smaller ones down the coast. A must see in the South!

Hollyford Track
Relatively flat hike through a forested valley.
The hidden falls was one of our favourite waterfalls in New Zealand! The rest of the track can be monotonous with only brief mountain or river views.
