I did the one day track.
It was amazing. The weather was perfect even though the forecast was not on my side the day before. Some parts were hard but worth the effort at the end.

Abbey Caves
Amazing three caves, good walking down boulders and a lot of glowworms!
And it is free! Great alternative to the big packed caves with tourists.

Amazing walk!
Not for experts only, but you do have to be in good shape. The view from the top is great, lots of snow in the crater, even in January. Start before 8am - worth the effort.
