Seeing Kiwi's in real life was okay, rest of the park was a bit disapointing, brid show partically made up for that.

Picked up our car in Christchurch - service was excellent.
Drop off in Queenstown was okay. Flew to Nelson - picked up car but the lady helping us was not very friendly, "forgot" to tell us that we would not pay for a full day extra if we would return the car one hour earlier.

Trip did not meet advertised description.
Partically due to rainy weather (obviously not Real Journey's mistake) But we also did not go all the way to Mount of the Fiord (did not see seals) plus we could not visit the power station.
