Awful.

Bad experienced started from the airport collection, when the grumpy blonde haired lady picking us up, counted the 7 of us and said "you're not all going to fit you know", thought she was referring to the taxi initially. " in the camper you won't all fit"...I said, "well its a good job we booked two then". Surely she wouldn't assume and be so attacky and do her research properly about her clients.

Got to the depot, had to wait a long time. The same lady then had to process our booking. My father in law booked a ranger with a pop up tent, he was later told this was no longer available, as his booking got changed with no explanation and he then had a 6berth to himself. He didn't want this, as it was too big which made him nervous. The vehicles were old with multiple bits damaged and 4 chips in the windscreen. With water damaged kitchen inside. Our daughter's bed didn't also fully fold down, so it was short and we had to put the table in it to block the gap. I rang up and left a message about this the following morning (day 2 in journey) and no one got back to me. In and out of signal, I rang again day 5, she said go to a garage and they will fix, didn't want to spend our trip in a garage to be honest. But they didn't want to compensate us either for the inconvenience. What's terrifying, is they seem to fine you heavily for damage caused but looking at the state of the vehicles they don't repair them either. We had 4 chips in our windscreen with a small crack too. Customer service is dreadful, definitely understaffed and disorganized. When I rang up on day 5, I briefly explained to the man my issue in 20 secs, another phone rang, he told me to hang on, he answered them, chatted unhurried, then hung up, another call came, same again and then hung up, he then forgot I was on the phone not on hold. So I hung up and rung back.

Just avoid. Go with better rated companies.
