Monro Beach Walk
Nice walk (1.5hours return) to a wild, beautiful coast scene and in the end we saw six penguins!!
Very easy to go and there were not so many people!!

At the Flying Pig Cafe in Duntroon (23 Campbell Street), we purchased the best muffins, cookies etc, nice small garden or to takeaway!!
We took it to the Elephant Rocks and ate it there!!

First hour was hard, then absolutely stunning view of St Arnauds Range, Lake Rotoiti and you can look to the Kahurangi National Park!!
Nice walk down with lake views. We did it in three hours (without breaks, about 560m to go up).
