Beautiful location - paid a little extra for a fabulous view over the lake.
This is an immaculate site with excellent clean facilities - faultless. Highly recommend it - we stayed an extra night to soak it all in.

Our first night in South Island after a long journey - so glad we chose here.
Wide open spaces, nice clean facilities, bird sounds all around and a short walk down to a fabulous beach. Would happily stay here again.

Cosy stay in the pine trees, sheltered from the wind and rain.
Level sites, good access and not much road noise.

Great location - backed the RV up to the sea inlet, birds walking past on the little beach, kingfishers visiting.
Real back to basics experience - although the toilet block was surprisingly good. Only downside was the creepy old caravans that seem to be permanent - just felt a bit odd, but no real worries.

Quiet stay with good views and easy access to the lake.
Quite packed in, but enjoyed having ducks and rabbits for company. Facilities are clean, fresh and good quality.
