Great scenery and wildlife (especially birds), excellent huts and campgrounds, many paid tour companies (aqua taxis, kayaking etc).

Performance and dance is very good.
Guides are friendly and well trained; guided tours - too many people (group size 20+ is too many people at once). A bit too expensive for what you get; car park not properly checked and no security cameras - thefts occur regularly (our car was broken into, total loss approx $3,500).

Nice walking track - gives a good impression of thermal activity, a bit short, too few information on geology and the history of the area.

Extremely well thought out space - highly interesting and well positioned exhibitions.
Great for children and grown-ups. You could spend days there.

A great trip with very friendly people.
MUST DO experience! Money goes to projects working with children who are taken for sailing trips in the off season to learn social skills and team work.

Staff do an excellent role, taking cars across is convenient, no delays, good instructions, prices could be a bit cheaper for passengers on multi-ticketed courses - that would be helpful.
