Very friendly and helpful staff, not overcrowded, very clean facilities, warm welcome with hot self-baked muffins, in the evening they offered pizza, good possibility if you do not want to stay the night
in Picton, track to see glowworms available, would definitely go there again.

Car: Dart 2 VW, very friendly staff at Christchurch Office, free pickup from our Christchurch Motel, camper van very clean, includes many useful things eg seats and table for outside.

Did the 4 wheelin' fun and the skywire.
4 wheelin' fun was great, we had so much fun and saw a beautiful landscape from the mountains. Our guide was awesome. It is a family business, owners Jill and Keith are very friendly. Skywire was fun too. If you have to decide we would recommend the four wheel motorbike. It is a must do in Nelson.

We arrived at midnight, parked our van and left a note.
Paying the next morning wasn't a problem at all, for a city campground it had lots of green and looked nicer that the family park in Nelson. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Swimming pool (included), spa (extra charge), $10 for 2 adults for 30 minutes, playground, many options if you don't have a motorhome, friendly staff and you can walk into the city.

Whale Watch Kaikoura
2 and a half hours standard whale watch tour for $145, tour day had a high risk of sea sickness, recommen taking medicine in advance.
Saw five whales, most of the whale is under water, so don't expect too much, friendly staff.
