Nice spot within the city.
Next to a rugby stadium, cool games on the weekend, although campervans were 1 metre close together - it was nice and tidy.

Nice beach and sunset if lucky with albatross, sea gulls and sea lions.
But arrive just before sunset to see the blu penguins coming up from the sea.
