Presentation of van when picked up was ordinary.
Van was not clean, bed sheets not clean, broken screen door, toilet smelt badly. Require personal instruction on van operations, water hoses too short - not long enough. Video was bloody useless!

We were disappointed that you did not find our vehicle demonstration DVD to be helpful to you, the water hose given was too short and that the home was not cleaned to the expected standards.
