Have used this company several times and always have a good experience.
Tried a different company last week (snap rentals) because they had cheap deals but they were terrible so ended up switching to omega.

This company is the worst.
Would not honour the insurance we took out when renting the car online and insisted on holding a $2000 bond. We decided not to rent from them and are still waiting for our refund.
