Up to an hour late on picking us up, on checking our booking confirmation there was NO telephone number to contact so had to call the phone directory who put us through.
Once we got through to the updates of delayed services only to find they not been updated all day. Once on the bus there was a leak which soaked us on a 5 hour trip.

Strange place to stay, very odd owners although friendly.
Bed's not comfortable and no external windows in the private rooms which meant they were very hot. Also no curtains so light would shine from the hall way everytime someone went through it.

AMAZING, spent over 4 hours in Te Papa and had the best time, highly recommend it!

Momorangi Campsite
Very poor, unclean facilities with timed showers however no notices advising us of this prior to using.
All the sites had been flooded and were littered with rubbish. Poorly maintained and by far the worst holiday park we stayed in in the south island.

Alpine Pacific Holiday Park
Very nice holiday park, average price with pool and hot tubs.
Good for families however wouldn't advise heading there in the holidays if you wish to avoid children. Beautiful view from the tent sites.
