So far I have good experience and have made good money. I would however encourage the website to reduce their share from the rental amount.

The car was absolutely dirty, garbage everywhere, there was even mold inside!
No communication, if you have a problem they will not help! Even once you have paid a huge amount of money… I do not recommend!!

This is my first time using MyCarYourRental and it was easy to follow the process.

Best place to get renter car at a reasonable rate and when rejected by the bigger car rental company in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Last renter (3rd) dumped my vehicle on someones drive way at 4am, 4hrs past the end of rental in absolute pigsty, and empty tank, huge risks renting your car out the site won't reimburse you, they
could only ask the renter for payment which is a lost cause. (Still no updates)
Yet to see my first payment from 1st rental which was 30 days ago.
Things like that makes you worry what if vehicle gets stolen or crashed.
So decided to stop using their services.
Review will be updated once I hear from them.

I am owed over $1000 by this company (as per the data on their own website). It's nearly a year overdue, and all persons at this company have ignored my emails where I have kindly requested they advise the status of my payout, and asked when I can expect to be paid. I highly suggest that all individuals wishing to rent someone else's car or to rent out their own car avoid this website at all costs.

The company is not paying me money for the rental services I have provided, it has been over a month now and they are ignoring my emails.

Basically the company made money using my vehicles and have not paid me. There are also damages to the car, which is costing me even more. Have to apply to tribunal now to get my money, which also costs money. Definetly a dishonest company.
