My experience today was gut wrenching: in that all I wanted was the price of some scones changed.

Alison and the young supervisor would not assist as it’s not their responsibility to change the label to the right price. I tried 2 times to find staff in the Bakery but no one was there, probably because it was Saturday afternoon at 3-15pm.

What ever happened to taking ownership and keeping the customer happy?

Another customer will play now pay double the price for the scones- Shame on you New World Orewa!
