Spencer Park has it all. Sheltered picnic areas, wetland walks, animal area, children’s play ground, paddling pool, bird lookout platforms, and many short and long walks.
Explore the sand dune coast on horseback, or cycle the mountain bike trails of Bottle Lake Forest.
The variety of walks at Spencer Park are impressive, with short easy tracks around the Park, and longer tracks connecting to Bottle Lake Forest and the Southern Pegasus Bay Track

A lovely stretch of coastline/countryside with many outdoor activities. We did the Adrenaline Forest zip lining activity which was a great way to spend a few hours. And a nice walk along the reserve. Worth visiting to mill away a few hours.

Went there and had a great walk through the pine forest and a wonderful beach to walk along too. Lifesavers on the beach and people walking their dogs, as well as horseriders enjoying the beach. Large picnic area available too.
Great family picnic site, sunny afternoon spent exploring, climbing and having fun.
Huge Park like area, good walks and mountain biking through dense pine forest. Good facilities.
