Small group and very fun!! Pictures were a bonus too.

I recommend the longer tour.
All people are friendly and happy. It is expensive but totally worth it. You have to be fit, otherwise you stop the others.

He provided us with drink and chocolate after the tour. And we got soup and bread too!

The equipment is rough and ready but the experience and tour is exceptional. Abseil in the cave, tube around, scramble and rock climb. Of and the glowworms are a sight to behold.

Guide was very fun and cheaper that other companies.

It is a small family managed company and the group size of maximum 6 people makes it all very good. We did abseiling, climbing, squeezing through holes and black water rafting. Three hours in a cave!!

4 hours of abseiling/caving/rafting/glowworms/ rock climbing.
Not a lot of rafting but that was great! I recommend!
