Had a 1 night stay here and found the camp site great.
The facilities were in OK condition. Want to comment on the guy at reception for being so incredibly helpful and friendly, he was amazing.

Loved the spa and pool.
Good facilities. Walking distance to beach. About 45 min walk to ferry over to Whitianga. A school group was there at the same time as us so it was quite noisy and busy.

Great site for families, everything you need and clean too.
Pretty busy during the summer holidays though, so quite loud if you don’t have kids. Local beach and restaurants are worth a trip.

Fantastic camp site with modern and updated facilities and beautifully kept.
Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for; lounge, kitchens, laundry, decent shower block (plus another to be updated soon.)
Owners really helpful too with any issues and as it was quiet allowed us to move to a different preferred pitch.
Pool and spa a real bonus after a hot day.
Shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

This is by far the most modern, up to date and well laid out place we've stayed in all over NZ.
It's a beautiful gated resort at camping ground rates!!! $18.00 PP for a powered site (off season) also got us:-
Free unlimited hot showers!
Free unlimited WIFI (been fixed)!
Free SkyTV in lounge 24/7!
Free use of pools and hot tub until 9-00pm!
The pool complex would rate with the best in the Pacific Island Resorts!
We will definitely go back when in the area.

Very nice campground with clean and well equipped facilities.
We did get a rude greeting from the campground host even though we had e-mailed him asking about late arrival.
